Homestead Consulting Services offers education and consulting
assistance to all homeowners and potential homeowners regardless of
income. Such assistance may include down payment and
home improvement grants.
In 2008 we counseled 254 families on foreclosure issues. We were
able to help 58 families keep their homes. This resulted in 62
children not having to deal with the stress of foreclosure. We also
helped 48 families in pre and post purchase consulting.

Helps homeowners who are behind on their mortgage loan payments and are in
danger of foreclosure. We can help make contact with the lender and work out
a solution acceptable to both parties. Best of all, the cost of our
